There were a couple of points were user understanding. User testing showed that this was impeding confidence and trust, and thus likely impeding leads as well. To overcome these obstacles, I created two graphics.
The first graphic addresses how the solar equipment works. This equipment is specially designed for farms, and is very different from the solar panels we see installed on homes.
The second infographic explains the financial and tax benefits of the solar for farmers. My research showed that the biggest pain point that drives farmers to buy solar is the tax credits. This breaks down exactly how those work, as well as other benefits of solar and a call to action.
